7. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly on our website.

8. My tracking hasn’t updated  what should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please email support@prestigepurse.store and we’ll look into it right away.

9. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipping. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return & exchange policy:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns: Full refund after product inspection

  • Exchanges: No, we don't accept exchanges.

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

13. Do you ship internationally?
