Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all products listed on our store to every destination in the United States.
Order Cut-off Time
All orders placed after 8:00 (GMT-5:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed first next business day.
Order Processing And Handling Time
Handling time is 1 to 2 business days from Monday to Saturday.
During this time, we review the order and share it with you before delivery, along with images and videos. After your confirmation, we do careful packing. First, and then we hand over your item to our delivery partner
Transit Time
All destinations in the United States are 4 to 8 business days, Monday to Saturday.
Please note that transit time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Total Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, which includes processing, i.e., handling or transit time. This is the maximum delivery time. We try to deliver your order to you as soon as possible because our customers' satisfaction is very important to us.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you need to email us at support@prestigepurse.store before your order is shipped.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the re-shipping cost for the order will be the customer's responsibility. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
If you request order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. If we hand over the order to our delivery partner, then it will not be cancelled.

Damaged Shipment

After delivery: please email us at support@prestigepurse.store, send clear images or videos of the damaged area, or go to the contact us page, whichever way you find convenient.
We will arrange a replacement or begin the return process. Claims made after a long delay may not be eligible for compensation.
