- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already shipped
- Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items
